I’ve been out of practice for the last while writing down things I’m grateful for in the morning! New habits take a while to instil back into your routines so this morning I gave some time to think about things I’m grateful for!
We take so much for granted, things other people would give anything for! We can breath for ourselves, we can walk, talk, make friends, get jobs, move house, fall in love… The list goes on and on, but these things are often overlooked!
