Attending Seth Godin’s Leadership, not Management training course on Udemy and loving the 2nd module!
It’s called: “See the end before you begin the journey.”Brings me back to Steven Covey’s Habit: “Begin with the end in mind.”
I always try to undertake tasks, go about my day and just BE in the world the kind of person with the qualities I want to be read about me at my funeral. It sounds morbid but I find it inspiring!
Looking forward to learning on the course and undertaking the different thinking it takes to be a leader rather than a manager!
