Create challenging goals

Goals, whether individual goals or team goals, should challenge you not so you do more things but that you become a better person in the process.

Goals also need to be clear rather than generic and you should be able to articulate the meaning behind the goal.

Why do you want to achieve it?

How will your piece of the world become better because you’ve achieved this goal?

Commit to delivering on this goal publicly so accountability is built in.

Love the process while you and/or your team become more of the best versions you can be.
