Have you ever felt like you’ve taken one step forward and two steps back?
You’ve set out to do something positive for yourself and taken that difficult first step.
The first step is the hardest sometimes right?
It’s exciting but also scary.
Then you do something that is like self-sabotage.
You watch as you do something that holds you back and you don’t know how or why.

This is an example of your values in conflict and if you don’t resolve this, you will always hold yourself back.
You will limit what’s possible for you.
If you take action and your BELIEF is that you should feel bad because of some kind of story, then no matter the good that happens you, you’ll feel bad.
You’re not good enough.
You don’t deserve success.
You shouldn’t be arrogant.
Rich people are horrible people.
So even though you’ve taken action towards improving your life you’ll feel bad.
Beliefs guide whether you feel good or bad.
Your values guide your decisions.
Awareness and choosing your beliefs and values will boost your performance.
