Namasté – we are the same, we are one!

I love this picture of the kid praying and being peaceful. The phrase Namasté is fascinating and this was how I found this picture. Namasté means: 

My soul honours your soul.

I honour the place in you where the entire universe resides.

I honour the light, love, truth, beauty and peace within you, because it is also within me. in sharing these things we are united, we are the same, we are one.

 

I think it’s inspiring thinking about the world and each other like this. We are all the same, we are all light and energy and we all have a piece of god within us. Our differences are only on the surface, if we were all the same we’d be a bit boring!! 

 

When someone annoys you, just remember, they are the same as you, they have doubts, feelings, insecurities and fears exactly like you. Make them feel special, make them feel better than they currently do and watch the difference 🙂
