I think we often make excuses or don’t take action because of assumptions we’re carrying which haven’t been tested.
Can you test your assumptions? Is there any specific things you want to change and your assumptions have become beliefs and they’re holding you back?
Have you ever challenged them? Questioned them?
It normally looks like an IF statement – IF this, THEN this. IF “I lose weight” THEN it’ll be hard to maintain it and I’ll be able to eat nothing nice.
Can you test this? Yes.
Could you test this? Yes.
Will you test this? That’s up to you.
Figure out the “safe to fail” experiments you can create. Test. Then pivot and learn.
