Who is someone you could notice today?

Notice is a key component of wellbeing. When we notice what’s around us and pay attention to the moment, we allow our mind to settle and come to the present moment.

I’m curious how notice can also apply to others and so found a question prompt in my journal that focuses on this I think:

Who is someone I could surprise with a note, gift or sign of appreciation today?
