Great quote and one that makes me want to work harder. Getting up in the morning to work out feels like the worst thing ever! The bed is cosy, you’re still sleepy, 5 more minutes won’t be a big deal will they?
And yet that’s how habits are formed and a lot of 5 minutes adds up to a lot! I’m a great believer in working out in the morning and even though I don’t feel like it I know once I get going it’ll be much easier! It becomes a habit. Getting out of bed easily and exercising is a powerful habit to start your day.
Our days here are limited, make today count and jump out of that bed and do the things that will make you successful!
